New MH

Lamrim meditations, or "stages of the path to enlightenment", have been the bedrock of Kadampa Buddhism for nearly 1,000 years. Originally taught by Atisha, an Indian Buddhist master, and later revitalized by Je Tsongkhapa, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, Lamrim is a condensation of all of Buddha's 84,000 teachings. The New Meditation Handbook presents the Lamrim meditations in a way that is easy to follow, and that applies these classic meditations to our daily, modern world and its many challenges. The twenty-one meditations contained within The New Meditation Handbook are perfect for anyone wishing to establish or enhance a daily meditation practice.

No need to attend each class. Everyone is welcome of any religious or non-religious background.
