workshop. Learn what meditation is, a few simple meditation
techniques, and how to use meditation in daily life
to decrease stress and increase peace of mind.
Meditation
has many benefits: besides increasing our overall peace
of mind, meditation improves our health, improves our
concentration and mindfulness, and lays the foundation
for a spiritual path. We can experience these benefits
for ourselves by trying meditation in one short workshop.
