Refuge from the Storm: Annual Refuge Retreat
June 5 - 12; see specific schedule below
$5 suggested donation per session, or $50 for the entire retreat

Each year at Rameshori Center, we engage in four annual retreats called "The Four Great Preliminaries". These preliminaries are: Guru Yoga Retreat, Mandala Offering Retreat (these two are usually combines), Vajrasattva Purification Retreat, and Refuge Retreat. During the Refuge Retreat, we recite the prayer of refuge repeatedly in order to deepen our experience of Buddhist refuge. The retreat will use the prayers of "Offering to the Spiritual Guide" as a way to prepare our mind for each meditation session. You do not have to attend each session to participate; drop in for any retreat session(s) you like.
